I love watching the other Fashion Week photographers work - especially great ones like Scott Schuman of The Sartorialist -
Other photographers are always jumping in on the action -
This year, the venues were moved from Lincoln Center (with a lot of space) to a couple of buildings that butt right up to the street. So, the photographers were all crowded together fighting for the same shot.
Hanging out on street corners -
Waiting for the right person to come along -
Crossing the street to move into position -
Sometimes they got the shot -
And sometimes they didn't -
There were some well-known blogger/photographers documenting the fashion -
But my personal highlight was meeting the original street style photographer Bill Cunningham -
86 and still at it.
